To help clients communicate in a pithy and effective way in a changing, pacing and more and more complex world by way of any medium using old or new technologies, always striving for a simple and clear result in terms of ease of use and manageability while keeping identity and communication power.

 


Vision

Cosumers are more critical than ever and won’t be told just anything anymore. And they talk back too, on internet forums, on Facebook or on Youtube. This has major consequences for how you communicate but also for how you design your business processes and consumer interactions. These things have to be done more carefully than ever because failures fire back at you immediately while in the meantime you are struggling to keep up with constant change. Ease of use, integration, structure, recognizability, simplicity and reliability are the words that matter here.
Look for what really counts, not what you think you can get away with or what you think your boss thinks.

I am a follower of the priciples of ‘design thinking’. Design thinking splits the design process into a number of steps:
